Attending every single association meeting requires a great deal of organisational effort on the part of the federation's management and is hardly feasible due to scheduling reasons. At the request of the association chairpersons, district meetings are therefore being held for the first time this year.
 

This new format enables a more intensive exchange of ideas with members and contributes significantly to further improving transparency and reliable information sharing. Direct feedback from the membership base is particularly valuable in this regard, as it provides lasting support for member-oriented and forward-looking management of the Federation.
