Same rules for everyone: no meetings involving crowds or large gatherings. That is why the Provincial Federation of South Tyrol Haflinger Horse Breeders was forced to hold its recent regular and extraordinary General Assemblies on Friday 19 June without its members physically present: In accordance with the current legal provisions, a representative appointed by the Federation stood in to duly deputise them. The votes on all pending decisions were taken on behalf of the General Assembly following the proposals of the Administrative Board.
