Anyone capable of contributing to the implementation of the aim of the cooperative may apply for membership. Natural and legal persons as well as associations can become members of the Federation. As a general rule, natural persons must already be members of one of the existing breeding associations in order to apply for membership at the Federation. Persons whose residence does not lie within the breeding region of South Tyrol may be accepted as members, at the discretion of the administrative board, without the prerequisite of membership in an existing breeding association.
